In the app
- Open QuitPath and sign in.
- Tap your initial at the top right to open Profile. If your account is still waiting for approval, stay on that screen.
- Tap Delete account, enter your password and tap Delete permanently.
The account is deleted immediately.
By email
If you can't use the app, email fuwad@nhf.org.bd from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my QuitPath account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and your staff profile: name, email, mobile number, role, facility and the last location and app version reported by your phone.
What is kept
- Patient enrolments, follow-ups and referrals you recorded. They are part of the patients' care records and belong to the programme, so they stay, showing your name as the person who recorded them.
