How do I get an account?
Open the QuitPath app and choose Create account. Pick your facility and send the request. An administrator checks it and approves your account, and then you can sign in.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password. A reset link is sent to your email.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes. After the first sign-in you can enrol patients and record follow-ups offline. Everything is sent automatically when the phone is online again.
Why does the app need my location?
The app saves the phone's position with each enrolment and follow-up so supervisors can verify where work was done. It is used only while you record, never in the background.
